Watercolors of the day

New watercolors of the day, I will be placing these little cards, book marks , or just pictures to put on the walls in The Stevens Square Center for the Arts for 3 dollars. They are shrink wrapped, size 4x5.

                                     I've started the Mindscape Series Three, Called the Fields. 
         There are two in process paintings here one very large canvas that I build myself and then one    very, very small piece (bottom right corner of the large painting). I am very excited about this series.

MCAD ART SALE 2012!

The MCAD Art Sale is coming up here is the scoop!
All proceeds support emerging artists through direct sales and the MCAD Art Sale Scholarship Fund.
Opening night is NOV 15th (6pm-9pm) tickets are 150$ - its opening night so this includes complimentary drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and valet parking.
NOV 16th (6pm-9pm) Tickets are 20$ advance, 25$ at the door, valet parking 5$
NOV 17th (9am-5pm) Free Admission and free art studio for kids.
(Plus I'll be there so you know it will be fun lol )

OK so this is why I have been MIA, I have had two body painting gigs within the last 30 days, got into 2 art shows and hung up my mindscape paintings in a gallery space. IM BACK and I bring photos!

Mindscape Series Two, Painting One.
The Mindscape Series Two is all about the power of water. Water plays a large roll in my life when it comes to dealing with emotions or events. I find myself seeking water out when I need peace or understanding. Water also seems to be the only way to clear my mind of clutter and restore a sense of balance. With the series I want to be able to understand the effect water has on me and pass that along through painting.
